Performed at a local college, an elementary school, and a men’s medium‑security prison, this work brought historical figures to life through monologue, movement, and narrative — creating a powerful bridge between history and community.
For Colored Girls (1997)
A fully staged, modernized adaptation of Ntozake Shange’s For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide / When the Rainbow Is Enuf, produced with permission from the playwright. This production made history as Anson County’s first-ever dinner theatre event, blending poetry, movement, and raw emotional storytelling in a groundbreaking community experience.
JOB: The Persecuted One (2003–2004)
